Stuck, confused, or something's broken? Write to us — a real person reads every message.

Email hello@karooty.com and we'll normally reply within two working days. Telling us which game you were playing, and roughly when, helps us find the problem much faster.

Do I need an account?

No. Every game is fully playable on your own without signing in — open Karooty, pick a game, and play. An account only adds the things that need one: saved stats across your devices, leagues, and playing online with friends.

Signing in

Karooty has no passwords. You can sign in with Sign in with Apple, or ask us to email you a sign-in link and tap it. If the emailed link doesn't arrive, check your spam folder first — and note the link can only be used once, so request a fresh one rather than re-opening an old email.

Playing with friends

Start a table and send the invite link to whoever you want at it. They don't need the app installed to join you on the web, and empty seats can be filled with bots so you're never waiting on a full table.

Leagues

Leagues are private and invite-only by design — there is no public directory to browse, and nobody can join yours without a link from you. The league owner can remove members and appoint co-admins. You can be in more than one league at a time.

Reporting, blocking and muting

Tap any player to open their card, where you can mute them (you stop seeing their messages), block them, or report them to us. Reports reach us at hello@karooty.com and we act on them. Our terms set out what isn't allowed.

Voice chat and your microphone

Voice is opt-in per table and off until you join it. Your device will ask permission the first time, you stay muted until you choose to speak, and you can leave voice or mute anyone at any point.

Deleting your account

Sign in, open your stats page, and use Delete my account. That permanently removes your account, profile, stats and any passkeys — it happens immediately and we don't keep a copy. If you'd rather we did it for you, email us.

Something went wrong in a game

If a game gets stuck or a move doesn't behave the way you expect, email us with the game, roughly the time, and what you were trying to do. If you were playing online with others, mentioning who else was at the table helps us pin down the exact match.

Privacy

What we collect and how to remove it is set out in full in our privacy policy. Short version: we keep the minimum needed to run your account, we never sell anything, and you can delete it all yourself.

هل أحتاج إلى حساب؟

لا. كل الألعاب قابلة للعب بالكامل بمفردك من دون تسجيل دخول — افتح Karooty واختر لعبة والعب. والحساب يضيف فقط ما يتطلّبه فعلاً: حفظ إحصائياتك عبر أجهزتك، والدوريات، واللعب مع أصدقائك عبر الإنترنت.

لا توجد كلمات مرور في Karooty. يمكنك استخدام تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple، أو أن تطلب منّا إرسال رابط دخول إلى بريدك ثم تضغط عليه. وإن لم يصلك الرابط فتحقّق أولاً من مجلد الرسائل غير المرغوب فيها؛ ولاحظ أن الرابط يُستخدم مرة واحدة فقط، لذا اطلب رابطاً جديداً بدل فتح رسالة قديمة.

اللعب مع الأصدقاء

ابدأ طاولة وأرسل رابط الدعوة لمن تريد. ولا يحتاج أصدقاؤك إلى تثبيت التطبيق للانضمام إليك عبر الويب، ويمكن ملء المقاعد الفارغة بلاعبين آليين حتى لا تنتظر اكتمال الطاولة.

الدوريات

الدوريات خاصة وبالدعوة فقط بحكم تصميمها — فلا يوجد دليل عام لتصفّحها، ولا يمكن لأحد الانضمام إلى دوريتك من دون رابط منك. ويستطيع مالك الدورية إزالة الأعضاء وتعيين مشرفين معه. ويمكنك أن تكون في أكثر من دورية في الوقت نفسه.

الإبلاغ والحظر والكتم

اضغط على أي لاعب لفتح بطاقته، حيث يمكنك كتمه (فلا ترى رسائله)، أو حظره، أو الإبلاغ عنه لنا. وتصلنا البلاغات على hello@karooty.com ونتّخذ إجراءً بشأنها. وتوضّح شروطنا ما هو غير مسموح به.

الدردشة الصوتية والميكروفون

الصوت اختياري لكل طاولة ومعطّل حتى تنضمّ إليه. وسيطلب جهازك الإذن في المرة الأولى، وتبقى كاتماً لصوتك إلى أن تختار التحدّث، ويمكنك مغادرة الصوت أو كتم أي شخص في أي لحظة.

حذف حسابك

سجّل الدخول، وافتح صفحة إحصائياتك، ثم استخدم «حذف حسابي». وهذا يزيل نهائياً حسابك وملفك الشخصي وإحصائياتك وأي مفاتيح مرور لديك — ويتم فوراً ولا نحتفظ بنسخة. وإن فضّلت أن نتولّى ذلك عنك، فراسلنا.

حدث خطأ أثناء اللعب

إذا تعطّلت لعبة أو تصرّفت حركة على غير ما تتوقّع، راسلنا وأخبرنا باللعبة والوقت التقريبي وما كنت تحاول فعله. وإن كنت تلعب مع آخرين عبر الإنترنت، فذكرُ من كان معك على الطاولة يساعدنا في تحديد المباراة بدقة.

الخصوصية

ما نجمعه وكيفية حذفه موضّحان بالكامل في سياسة الخصوصية. وباختصار: نحتفظ بالحدّ الأدنى اللازم لتشغيل حسابك، ولا نبيع أي شيء أبداً، ويمكنك حذف كل ذلك بنفسك.
